abcd2 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all abcd2 services. Please read them carefully in full before registering or using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. By registering on the abcd2 platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms. 1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the abcd2 platform, users are legally considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to abcd2's website, mobile version, app, and all associated services. Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of using the platform under the laws of Bangladesh. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.
These Terms & Conditions are published in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. abcd2 reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to visit this page regularly to stay informed of the latest version.
2. Account Creation & Security
When registering on abcd2, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. abcd2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account created using false or misleading information. Each user may only hold one account, and any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended. Failure to submit the required identity verification documents (such as a national ID) may result in account restrictions.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited, and abcd2 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from such incidents. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our Help Center so we can take action promptly. We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication enabled.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the abcd2 platform. Attempting to hack any platform system, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using automated bots or scripts is strictly prohibited. Using abcd2 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity is a criminal offense, and any such activity detected will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Harassing other users, spreading false information, or engaging in any conduct that disrupts the fair environment of the platform is strictly prohibited. Users are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts. If a user is found to have engaged in prohibited activity, abcd2 reserves the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice, and the account balance may also be forfeited. List of Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using fraudulent methods to obtain bonuses or rewards
- Attempting unauthorized access to platform software or databases
- Colluding with other users to exploit or manipulate the system
- Transacting funds on the platform derived from illegal sources
- Submitting false identity or documents to deceive the verification process
4. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All financial transactions on abcd2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). It is the user's responsibility to be aware of the applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits before transacting, as these limits are subject to change. abcd2 supports popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. For the latest list of supported payment methods, please visit our Payment page. All deposits will be credited to your account only after successful verification.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days; however, this may take longer if identity verification has not been completed. The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits. abcd2 reserves the right to temporarily freeze financial transactions and request supporting documentation if fraud or money laundering is suspected. Withdrawals will not be processed for bonus-related transactions unless the applicable turnover requirements have been met.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
The abcd2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no specific guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. abcd2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions. Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility, and no claims may be made against the platform in such cases. abcd2 is also not obligated to provide compensation for losses caused by external factors such as internet outages, power failures, or device issues.
Intellectual Property
All content published on the abcd2 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, interface design, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of abcd2. Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only; copying, redistributing, or modifying any content is not permitted. Using any part of the platform for commercial purposes without abcd2's prior written consent is strictly prohibited and will be treated as an infringement of intellectual property rights.
Third-Party Links & Services
The abcd2 platform may at times be connected to third-party service providers, such as payment gateways or game software suppliers. abcd2 accepts no responsibility for the quality, security, or availability of these third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party service before use. abcd2 will not be held liable for any loss or issues arising from access to or use of third-party services.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Abcd2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicion of fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged inactivity. In the event of account closure, any valid and withdrawable balance will generally be refunded; however, if the closure is due to a breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited. Users may also at any time Help Center to request account closure. Once the account is closed and any pending withdrawals are processed, no further claims will be accepted.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Abcd2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between a user and abcd2 will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
